You are welcome to download and use the custom trading plan at your own risk.

We ask that if you want to share the system with friends, please direct them to http://www.tradingplangenius.com and have them agree to our terms and conditions, and download the a system of their own.

Remember that trading any financial instrument involves risk. If you are not in a position to tolerate risk then you should not be trading at all.

If you are not a position to tolerate risk or financial loss and you start trading, you are sure to lose all your money. Never trade under these circumstances.

Rather you should allocate money you can afford to lose and follow a proven system and a strict money management strategy.

You agree to a "Hold Harmless" clause. This means that you agree not to hold IPS Inc., Mark Deaton or any other affiliates, officers or employess liable for any loss you may incur.

Basically in a nut-shell you agree that you are entirely responible for whatever outcome. If you lose all your money you are responsible for that. If you make millions you are responsible for that as well.
